江苏省大学生就业现状中的信息不对称问题研究

摘　　要：通过对大学生就业过程中的各主体进行实证调研,发现信息不对称是影响大学生就业的重要原因。建立一个大学生就业信息服务综合平台,协调政府、就业指导中心、用人单位和求职大学生之间的关系,能够适当解决信息不对称的问题,帮助大学毕业生更好地实现就业。Through experimental investigation on various subjects in college students＇ employment,we found that the dissymmetrical information was the important element influencing their employment.Thus we should set comprehensive forum for employment information service,coordinating the relationship between the government,employment guidance center,employers,and the students so as to help them get employment.
