摘  要:以对氨基苯甲酸改性双酚A甲醛酚醛环氧树脂(bis-ANER),使其具有亲水性。通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱对改性前后的水性酚醛环氧树脂进行了表征,研究了反应温度、时间和乳化剂对改性水性双酚A甲醛酚醛环氧乳液的影响。结果发现,当反应体系处于105°C、反应时间15~40 h时,水溶性较佳;加了乳化剂SDS的乳液,其颗粒粒径为194 nm;采用4,4′–二氨基二苯基甲烷作固化剂,改性后的bis-ANER涂膜保留了原来酚醛环氧树脂的高硬度、附着力好的特性,并具有更优的耐水性、耐盐水性和耐化学介质性。A bisphenol A type novolac epoxy resin(bis-ANER) with hydrophilicity was prepared by modification with p-aminobenzoic acid,and the waterborne novolac epoxy resin before and after modification was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(FT-NMR).The influence of reaction temperature,time and emulsifier on modified waterborne bis-ANER emulsion was studied.Results showed that the reaction system has good water solubility at reaction temperature of 105 °C and reaction time in range of 15-40 h.The grain size of emulsion after addition of emulsifier SDS is 194 nm.The film of bis-ANER after modification and with 4,4′-diamino-diphenylmethane as curing agent keeps high hardness and good adhesion of the former resin,but has better resistance to water,saline water and chemicals.
