摘　　要：柯里拉京(Corilagin)是从植物中分离得到的一种天然多酚类物质,主要来源于叶下株属植物,是该属植物的主要活性成分。研究表明,柯里拉京具有抗肿瘤、治疗心血管疾病、抗氧化等多种生物活性,且不良反应低,近年来受到研究者的广泛关注,值得进一步研究开发。本文对柯里拉京的基本性质、提取分离和主要活性进行详细综述。Corilagin is a kind of natural polyphenols extracted from plants, mainly derived from Phyllanthus Linn. Studies indicated that Corilagin has a wide variety of biological features： anti-tumor, treatment of cardiovascular diseases, antioxidant, and with low adverse reactions, especially the anti-tumor and treatment of cardiovascular diseases effects, it＇s worth further research. The basic property, extraction and separation, and main activity of Corilagin were summarized in detail.
