摘 要:采用ISAT方法测定水泥乳化沥青砂浆(简称CA砂浆)的毛细吸水速率,研究固灰比(A/C)、孔隙率、试件干密度及拌合物含气量对CA砂浆毛细吸水性的影响。试验结果表明,CA砂浆的总孔隙率影响其强度,而CA砂浆的毛细孔特性才是其毛细吸水性的决定因素;增加固灰比、提高新拌砂浆的含气量、减小砂浆干密度及降低砂浆的毛细孔隙率均可降低CA砂浆的毛细吸水速率;阳离子乳化沥青砂浆的强度及毛细吸水速率均高于阴离子乳化沥青砂浆。The capillary water absorption rate of the cement-emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar for short)was measured by the Initial Surface Absorption Test(ISAT)method.The influence of the asphalt-cement ratio(A/C),the porosity,the dry density of the specimen and the air content of the mixing material on the capillary water absorption rate of CA mortar was researched.The experimental results show that the total porosity of CA mortar influences its strength and the characteristics of the capillary pores are the dominating factor of its capillary water absorption.The capillary water absorption rate of CA mortar can be decreased by increasing the A/C and the air content of the fresh mortar,and decreasing the dry den-sity and the capillary porosity of the mortar specimen.The strength and the capillary water absorption rate of the cationic emulsified asphalt are both higher than that of the anionic emulsified asphalt.
