摘　　要：为了在装车站有效防止超载、偏载、偏重现象的发生,研制1种便于携带和快速安装的铁路货车超偏载检测装置。装置的硬件由承力结构组件、传感器、主机和数据显示与存储设备组成。装置的软件包括参数设置、自检、数据采集与处理、显示、查询和传输等模块。承力结构组件安装于轨道内侧,当车轮通过时,测量块承受的重力通过传感器转换成1组检测信号,检测信号经过模拟信号处理器和A/D转换器转换成数字信号,然后传输到主机数据处理器单元,通过数据运算得到检测结果。车辆的全重、超载、偏载、偏重等检测结果可在液晶显示器上显示,也可存储到磁盘存储器中。此系统在青白江车站安装和使用,运行状态良好。In order to effectively prevent the overload,unbalanced load and the unbalanced weight of the freight train at the loading station,aportable and fast installation device is developed for detecting the overload and unbalanced load of railway freight car.The hardware of the detection device comprises of the load-bearing structure,high-precision sensors,the host computer,high-speed data display and storage systems.The software of the device consists of such modules as parameter setting,self-checking,data acquisition,processing,display,query and transmission,etc.When the wheels run on the rail that is equipped with the load-bearing structure,the gravity bearing by the measurement block is converted into a group of detection signals.The detection signals are converted into the digital signals through the analogue signal processor and the A/D converter and then transmitted to the data processor unit of the host computer.Finally,the detection result can be obtained through data operation.The detection results,such as the total weight,overload,unbalanced load,and unbalanced weight of the vehicle can either be display on the LCD or stored in the disc memory.The detection device is currently installed and used in Qingbaijiang Station,and is in good operation condition.
