摘 要:为修复中原油田石油污染土壤,采用优化原位微生物菌群辅以物理和化学方法与植物相结合的微生态技术,在试验区均匀加入了优化菌群制剂,并调控了土壤温度、氧和营养物质等,进行了土壤中石油的降解与修复试验研究。结果显示,土壤中修复初期平均石油含量在2898.25mg/kg时,经过99d的植物-微生物的修复技术,土壤中石油含量降解可达95%以上。验证了植物-微生物修复技术在中原油田土壤石油污染修复的有效性,探索了推广应用的可行性。In order to remediate oil contaminated soil in Zhongyuan Oil Field,micro-ecological techniques of optimized in situmicrobial communities and physical chemistry methods combined with plant were used for experimental studies on oil degradation and polluted soil remediation.In this experiment, optimized microbial populations were added into the experimental plots,and soil temperature(keep soil temperature above 25 ℃),oxygen and other nutriments(control soil N,P,S,K,Ca,Mg,Fe contents according to shares)were adjusted.The results showed that degradation rate can reach about 95% under oil average contents of 2 898.25 mg/kg in the contaminated soil after for 99 days,which demonstrated the effectiveness of microorganism and phyto-remediation methods for oil contaminated soil in Zhongyuan Oil Field.In addition it was discussed for feasibility application of the technique.
