摘 要:在小型喷雾气流反应脱硫脱硝实验台上研究了过氧化氢水溶液浓度以及各种因素(Ca/S摩尔比、Ca/N摩尔比、喷水量)对脱硫、脱硝效率的影响。结果表明,采用过氧化氢水溶液增湿Ca(OH)_2脱硫时,其脱硫效率随着过氧化氢水溶液浓度的增加而有较大的提高,提高幅度达15%~20%。单独脱硝和同时脱硫脱硝实验表明,采用过氧化氢水溶液增湿Ca(OH)_2脱硫效率有明显的提高,而过氧化氢溶液增湿Ca(OH)_2脱硝的效果并不明显,脱硝效率为5%左右。In order to enhance SO2 and NO absorption rate and the removal efficiency, hydrogen peroxide as a strong oxidant was added in the semi--dry flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process. The effects of hydrogen peroxide solution concentrat (N) molar ratio and spray water flow rate on the removal efficiency were investig laboratory scale spray reactor. The results show that the S()2 removal efficiency 15 % to 20% with the increasing concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution when ion, Ca/S ated on a increases hydrogen peroxide solution is sprayed tO humidify Ca(OH)2 particles. The further investigation on the flue gas denitrification and simultaneous removal of SO2 and NO show that NO removal efficiency is not obvious which is about 5% when hydrogen peroxide solution is sprayed to humidify Ca(OH)2 particle, but the SO2 removal efficiency increases significantly.
