非等距多鞍座卧式压力容器的有限元分析

摘　　要：应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,以采用分析设计方法的非等距四鞍座大型压力水罐有限元分析计算模型为例,参照JB/T 4731—2005标准的相关规定对各部分结构进行确定性强度校核,为非等距多鞍座卧式压力容器的设计提供有益的探讨。Conformed by the standard JB4732--2005 and by using finite element software ANSYS, a large diameter horizontal tank with four unequal-span saddles, which is stored with water, was analytically designed. Every structure in the vessel was checked on strength in consistence with the terms stipulated in JB4732. What presented in this article will be helpful for the design of horizontal vessel with multi saddles.
