摘 要:通过采用自主开发研究的热管在线氧化除氢技术,热管在使用过程中因不凝气(H_2)的积聚,导致热管失效这一问题得到较好的解决。用该技术生产的长效钢-水热管,在石油、化工行业已成功进行了工业应用。在相同热管数量下,热风平均温度提高20℃以上,节能效果明显;而使用寿命是普通热管两倍以上,取得了节能、降本双重增效的作用。Onsite oxidization dehydrogenation technology which was developed by ourself was applied to heat pipe to solve the problem that non-condensed gas H2 accumulates so as to make the heat pipe failed. The steel-water heat pipe produced by using this technology has been successfully applied in petrochemical industry. Using this kind of heat pipe, the temperature of the heat air will be increased more than 20℃ when the number of heat pipes is the same, and the effect of energy saving is obvious. Moreover, the life of this heat pipe is two times of that of the ordinary heat pipes, so that the cost is also reduced.
