摘　　要：针对苯酐泵工况预警判断条件的冗余、不完全性和事故征兆的不确定性的不利影响,运用望闻问切理论,对苯酐泵实际工作中的可辨识的事故类型进行预警分析。结合电机温度、苯酐进料温度、密封等重要特征参数,从而得到更为简明的实用的苯酐泵事故预警规则。如何有效防止苯酐泵的泄漏和苯酐堵塞泵体,从设备的应用角度进行探讨是生产管理中的重要课题。With respect to the unbeneficial influences to benzene anhydride pump due to the superfluity and incompleteness in alarm conditions and the indeterminacy of accident omen, the method of visualization, smelling, asking and analysis was used. Combined with the important parameters, such as motor temperature, inlet temperature of benzene anhydride and seal point, more concise and practical rules for accident alarm can be obtained. Then, from the view point of equipment application, how to prevent the leakage of benzene anhydride and the block induced from benzene anhydride in pump were discussed.
