摘　　要：农民工是我国市场经济体制逐步确立和城镇化建设大举推进过程中出现的一种特殊群体,基于职业与身份的原因,他们在数量、就业、收入、社会保障等方面呈现许多自身的特点。我国社会保障法律制度严重滞后,许多涉及民生问题亟待纳入法制调整领域,农民工的医疗保障便是其中的重要内容。目前,农民工医疗保障问题已引起中央和地方政府的高度关注,并着力采取措施予以解决。如何建立健全农民工医疗保障法律制度,是建设具有中国特色的社会医疗保障体系所必须解决的核心问题。The peasant worker is a special group in the course of the gradual establishment of China＇s market economy and urban construction, based on the reasons of the career and identity, whose number, employment, income and social protection exhibit ＇many characteristics. Our legal system of social security lagged far behind, many livelihood issues must be included in the legal systems to adjust, and the medical protection of the peasant worker is an important part of them. The medical insurance of the peasant worker has caused great concern in the central and local governments. How to perfect the social medical security system is the construction of the social medical insurance system with Chinese characteristics.
