摘  要:文章介绍了余隙无级调节系统的原理、结构,以及如何采用可变余隙容积调节往复式压缩机气量的方法及实际节能效果。Several traditional regulating methods of gas flow rate for reciprocating compressor in refinery include press-off suction valve regulation,fixed clearance volume regulation and bypass loop regulation. The first two methods are step speed adjustments and the last one usually causes energy consumption.This article introduces the principle,structure and energysaving effect of stepless clearance volume regulating system as well as its application in the compressor of hydrogen generating unit in Sinopec Jingmen Company.The results show that this system has some strong points,such as the highly stable output gas flow,the flexible parameter setup and the online changes according to the request of clients without the specially designed wearing parts.Therefore,it is particularly suitable for use in the stepless regulation to reduce the gas flow to less than 45%.
