摘  要:对桉木硫酸盐筛前浆和筛后浆进行TCF漂白的比较研究。结果表明:经过O/OQPO漂白后,筛前终漂浆白度为85.2%ISO,比筛后终漂浆的白度高4.2%ISO;黏度为648.8mL·g-1,比筛后终漂浆黏度高40.2mL·g-1,两者终漂浆的得率相差不大,都在97%左右。筛后终漂浆的物理性能比筛前终漂浆的物理性能稍好,两者都符合抄造中高档纸张的要求。蒸煮所得浆料不经过筛选直接进入后续的氧脱木素,可大大节约制浆厂的蒸汽消耗量。Screened and unscreened eucalyptus kraft pulp were bleached by TCF process.The result showed that brightness and viscosity of unscreened pulp were 85.2%ISO and 648.8mL·g-1.The brightness and viscosity of unscreened pulp were higher 4.2%ISO,40.2 mL·g-1 than the screened pulp after oxygen delignification.Physical properties of the screened bleached pulp were better than the unscreened bleached pulp,both of them were fitted in with needs of high-grade paper.Delignification of unscreened pulp of eucalyptus kraft pulp can greatly reduce steam consumption.
