摘  要:介绍一种苯丙乳液与酚醛树脂复配体系,针对酚醛树脂合成过程中用碱量和保温时间不同,研究并比较滤纸用酚醛-苯丙乳液复配体系和纯乳液分别浸渍增强后的多项力学性能。结果发现:酚醛树脂用碱量为11%,保温时间为3.5h,复配体系浸渍固化滤纸后力学性能相对乳液浸渍的滤纸有较大幅度的提高,其中耐破度可提高20%,抗张强度、伸长率和挺度均有不同程度的提高,达到了既降低成本又提高滤纸力学性能的目的,对工业应用有指导意义。is paper introduced a mixed system of styrene-acrylic emulsion and phenolic resin,the phenolic resin with synthesis of different alkali and different heat holding time,a comparative study of mechanical propertie of filter paper impregnated by mixed system and pure emulsion resin.e results showed that phenolic resin with 11%alkali,heat holding time 3.5h,filter paper impregnated by mixed system after curing developed the most significant increase in machanical properties,in which bursting could increase 20%,tensile strength,elongation and stiffness also increased in varying degrees,lowering costs and improving mechanical properties of filter paper could be achieved at the same time,which is significance guide for industrial applications.
