摘  要:从滤网几何与物理特性、水的薄膜结构、絮凝特性等角度对滤网微观阻力进行了机理分析与试验研究。通过不同规格滤网、不同来流条件的水槽试验,得到滤网空隙率、网前流速水头、水流Re与滤网水头损失的相关关系,同时发现了受空隙率影响滤网局部水头损失具有两类不同变化特征,并给出了孔隙率的界限阈值。基于当量阻力概念,提出了满足局部阻力损失相似的模型滤网设计方法,并在大型电厂流道模型试验中运用,取得较好效果。研究成果补充完善了流道滤网微观阻力相似理论。The micro resistance mechanism of the filtration net was analysed and studied experimentally from different angles such as geometrical and physical properties,water diaphragm structure and flocculating character etc.By the flume experiments with different specification filter and flow conditions,the depending relationships between local water head loss of filter and pore rate,velocity head,Renods nenmber were obtained separately.The results show that the local water head loss of filter influenced by pore rate reveals two different variation properties,and has a threshold value of the pore rate.Based on the concept of equivalent resistance,the design procedures of model filter satisfied with similarity of water head loss were put forward,and some good results from the model experiment of a large power plant were obtained by using the procedures.
