摘　　要：随着我国各项法律制度的不断完善和健全,对庭审过程公开、公正、真实、透明的要求及民众呼声日益增多。构建庭审管理系统统一平台,采用庭审数字采编直播系统,是借助现代科学技术装备,集语音、数字、图像处理为一体,综合应用数据库技术、网络技术、自动控制技术,形成了真正的多媒体系统。实现信息化无纸化办公,实行具有审判现场同步录音录像、庭审案卷综合管理、庭审笔录数据归档、远程观摩和领导在线监督等功能。目前,浙江省法院已全面展开数字化庭审系统的应用,不仅经济效益显著,同时大幅增强法官驾驭庭审的能力,有力加强审判效果、提高审判效率,促进"阳光司法"。As incessant consummate and healthiness of all law system in China, more and more people concern about court processing ‘publicity, impartiality, reality, lucidity.’ So it is very important to build a court management system unification platform. By using modern science and technology, we designed this digital court pick, edit and living broadcast system. We aggregate sound, digital and image processing, gather the technology of database, network, auto control in this multimedia system to realize no-paper office. There are many functions in the platform, such as the synchronization record both sound and video in court judgments, the court archives dossoer files integrate management, long-distance view and emulate, supervisor online and etc. Now our system has been widely used in courts in Zhejiang province of digital court system. More efficient and effectiveness have been gained in real courts. We are sure that ‘Sun Judicature’Should be enormously progressed by using this platform.
