人力资本、物质资本与江苏南北产业转移——基于资本效率的视角

摘　　要：江苏经济发展总体水平排在全国前列,但省内南北地区之间发展不平衡,苏南近年来以较大优势领先于苏北。苏南物质资本较苏北丰富,但其产出效率比苏北低。苏北人力资本数量庞大,但总体素质较苏南低。苏北物质资本稀缺,对人力资本的开发利用程度低,但近年苏北人力资本产出增长速度较快。苏南产业向苏北转移能够提高其产出效率,加大对苏北人力资本的开发力度,同时可以改进全省物质和人力资本的整体产出效率。The overall level of economic development in Jiangsu has ranked front place in China,but there has been existing the unbalanced development between north and South Jiangsu all the time,and South Jiangsu has developed much too ahead of North Jiangsu in recent years.Compared to each other,South Jiangsu has more abundant physical capital and lower output efficiency,while North Jiangsu has larger number of human capital and lower quality.With physical capital scarce,human capital cannot be developed sufficiently,but output of human capital has increased faster in North Jiangsu in recent years.Transferring northwards of northern physical capital could improve its production efficiency and develop human capital much more effectively in North Jiangsu.In the meantime,aggregate output of physical and human capital of Jiangsu will surely be improved.
