摘　　要：苏南农村65岁以上的人口约占苏南农村总人口的7.35%,占苏南65岁以上人口总数的67.39%,农民养老问题日益严峻。而以家庭养老为主的农村养老制度已越来越不能满足农村养老的需求,建立新型农村社会养老保障制度已进入议事日程。本文以苏州市为例探讨了新型农村养老保险制度的现状、问题与思考。Southern rural population accounts for ov er 65 years old Southern rural population of 7.35%,accounting for over 65 years old Southern population of 67.39 percent,farmers increasingly serious pension problems.The family-oriented rural old-age pension system is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the rural old-age,establishing a new type of social security in rural areas has entered the agenda.In this paper,Suzhou City of the new rural endowment insurance system status,problems and thinking.
