摘　　要：本文首先综述了产品内贸易理论问题,其次,分析国际金融风暴之后,以来料加工装配贸易和进料加工贸易为主的中国产品内贸易问题,最后,从产品结构、贸易方式、区域发展、服务外包等方面对中国产品内贸易给出相关政策建议。This paper offers a literature review of theories about the issues of intra-industry trade and analyzed problems of intra-industry trade in China,mainly including feed processing trade and processing and assembly trade at the background of the financial crisis.Based on the analysis,the paper provides advices for policy makers in the perspects of industry structure,trade pattern and regional development,service outsourcing.
