摘　　要：我国目前正处在实现工业化的关键时期,也是经济结构、城市化水平、居民消费结构发生明显变化的阶段。这一系列的变化刺激了能源消费急速增长,使得能源供需不平衡的状况日渐突出。能源是国家经济发展的重要物质基础,如果上述问题不能很好地解决,必将制约我国经济和社会的可持续发展。LChina is in a crucial period of industrialization nowadays,but also the stage of economic structure,the level of urbanization,and consumption structure changing significantly.This series of changes stimulate the energy consumption,making the imbalances of energy supply and demand become increasingly prominent.Energy is an important material basis of the country＇s economic development,if the issue can not be satisfactorily resolved;it will certainly restrain China＇s economic and social sustainable development.
