摘 要:[目的]探索放射作业人员放射工龄与外周血象的关系,为放射人员防护工作重点提供理论依据。[方法]1404名放射作业人员为照射组,260名从事非放射医务人员为对照组,进行外周血细胞分析,将检查结果进行两组血象异常指标比较,不同放射工龄组的相关血细胞均值单因素方差分析、放射工龄与相关血细胞计数两变量的相关以及线性回归分析。[结果]照射组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板异常发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.01。不同放射工龄组方差分析中血红蛋白、血小板、单核细胞均值F检验差异有统计学意义,分别为P﹤0.01、P﹤0.05、P﹤0.05。放射工龄与血小板相关分析中两者呈显著负相关,P﹤0.01,线性回归分析中存在极显著性,回归方程为:PLT=218.767-0.401N(N代表放射工龄数)。放射工龄与血红蛋白相关分析中呈显著正相关,P﹤0.01,线性回归分析中存在极显著性,回归方程为:HB=148.795+0.112N(N代表放射工龄数)。[结论]放射作业工龄作为职业暴露的一方面与放射人员血象变化具有一定的关系。[Objective]To explore the relation of radiation length of service on radiation workers' peripheral blood,and provide a theory basis for radiation workers' protection work.[Methods]1404 radiation exposure workers was collected to be radiation group,and 260 medical personnel engaged in non-radiation were regarded control group,and we performed peripheral blood cell analysis for all cases.The anomaly rates of the two groups were examined.The typical value of relevant bloodcell of different working-year workers were analyzed by one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis was also taken for the radiation length of service and the typical value of relevant bloodcell.[Results]Radiation group WBC,hemoglobin and platelet anomaly rates in the radiation group showed significant difference compared with the control group(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01 and P﹤0.05).There was significant difference in the typical value of hemoglobin,platelet and monocyte in different radiation working years(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05 and P﹤0.05).There was significantly negative correlation between radiation length of service and platelet(P﹤0.01).The linear regression analysis indicated that there was significantly linear correlation between them,and the regression equation was PLT =218.767-0.401N(N represents radiation length of service).There was significantly positive correlation between radiation length of service and hemoglobin(P﹤0.01).The linear regression analysis showed significant linear correlation between them,and the regression equation was HB=148.795+0.112N.[Conclusion]Radiation and radiation length of service personnel has relationship with the changes in blood.
