摘 要:Toll样受体11(Toll—likereceptor11)是近年来发现的Toll样受体家族的成员之一,在人类因开放读框中有数个终止密码子而不表达蛋白,且不能识别泌尿系统致病性大肠杆菌,这可能是人对泌尿系统疾病存在易感性的原因之一。该受体可在小鼠体内完整表达,与病原体相关配体结合通过相应的信号通路促进Th1型细胞免疫应答,从而发挥其抗感染作用。深入研究TLR11的结构和功能有助于理解宿主抗某些寄生虫病的保护性机制,由此制定相应的预防和治疗对策。Toll-like receptor 11 ( TLR11 ) was found as a member of Toll-like receptor family in recent years. It does not express full-length protein due to the existence of several stop codons in the open reading frame (ORF) of human beings and it can not recognize uropathogenic Eseherichia eoli. Therefore, it might be one of the reasons of susceptibility of the urinary systemic diseases in humans. Mice can express the full-length protein of TLRll that recognizes pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) to promote Thl type cell- mediated immune response via initiating corresponding signal pathways, and therefore resist some infections. Further studies on the structure and functions of TLR11 will contribute to better understanding of the protective mechanism against some parasitic iirfections in the host, thus to help making some measures for prevention and therapy.
