摘　　要：阿利桑德罗·巴里科的《海上钢琴师》是受存在主义文学影响的一个典型的荒诞派剧作,它借助了主人公1900传奇而荒诞的悲剧性故事,表现出现代人的不幸与毁灭,以及人类的孤独、失望、恐惧与厌世的种种消极悲观的思想情绪,从而提出客观规律与每个人的自由意志之间的矛盾是不可避免的,而究竟应以何种态度去面对悲剧才是值得我们思考的问题。The Legend of the Pianist on the Ocean by Alessandro Baricco is a typical absurd play which is affected greatly by the Existential Literature.Through the tragic and absurd tale of its hero 1900,it shows out the misery and destruction of modern people as well as their negative and pessimistic moods of all descriptions,such as loneliness,disappointment,fear and pessimism.The author of this article argues that,since the conflict between objective laws and each individual＇s free will is inevitable,it is our reasonable attitudes to tragedy that should be taken into account.
