灭囊Ⅱ号和囊虫散胶囊治疗脑室型脑囊尾蚴病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察灭囊Ⅱ号和囊虫散胶囊治疗脑室型脑囊尾蚴病的临床疗效。方法选择脑室型脑囊尾蚴病住院患者220例,采用随机、平行、对照的方法分为2组,中药组118例采用自制囊虫散胶囊和灭囊Ⅱ号治疗,西医组102例采用吡喹酮口服治疗,观察2组疗效、毒副反应及治疗前后影像学变化。结果中药组治愈率87.3%,西药组治愈率64.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中药组疗效优于西药组;2组副反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中药组低于西药;2组治疗前后影像学比较,脑囊尾蚴病灶消失和脑室正常率中药组为93%,西药组为68%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灭囊Ⅱ号和囊虫散胶囊治疗脑室型脑囊尾蚴病效果显著,其不仅具有杀虫作用,同时有促进死虫吸收作用,而且副作用小,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Anti - eysticercosis - Ⅱ and Nangchongsan capsule on cerebral ventricle cysticereosis. Methods 220 cerebral ventricle eystieereosis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the traditional Chinese medicine group （118 patients, who taking the hospital -made Anti -eystixerxosis - Ⅱ and Nangehongsan capsule） and western medicine group （102 patients, who taking praziquantel）. The therapeutic effect,poisonous and side -effects,the imaging variations of cystieereosis patients were analyzed and summarized. Results The cure rates of traditional Chinese medicine group is 87.3% , the cure rates of western medicine group is 64.7% ,the cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to that of western medicine group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The incident rate of side effect in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Cerebral cysticercosis disappeared rate and normal rate of ventricular I treatment group （93%） was higher than that in control group （68%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral ventricle cysticercodsis is significant ; it can not only kill cysticerci but also promote the absorption of dead parasites with low side effect and high safety.
