消炎止痛栓治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消炎止痛栓治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法采用半随机分组的单盲方法,将380例混合痔术后疼痛患者随机分为3组。治疗组130例给予消炎止痛栓治疗,对照1组125例给予安慰剂治疗,对照2组125例给予双氯芬酸钠栓治疗,观察3组的临床镇痛效果、疼痛起止时间内用药物粒数。结果对照1组、对照2组和治疗组的总有效率分别为63.2%、86.4%、90.72%。治疗组和对照2组镇痛效果均优于对照1组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照2组镇痛效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自术日至术后疼痛消失所用药物粒数比较,治疗组和对照2组均少于对照1组(P<0.05),治疗组又少于对照2组(P<0.05)。结论消炎止痛栓治疗混合痔术后疼痛具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of suppository with anti-inflammatory analgesic on postoperation pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 380 cases of postoperation pain of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in treatment group（n = 130） were treated by suppository with anti-inflammatory analgesic.125 cases in control group Ⅰwere treated by placebo.125 cases in control groupⅡwere treated by Jingqingshuan.Clinical analgesic effect and grains with drugs during pain were recorded.Results The total effective rate in control groupⅠ,control group Ⅱ and treatment group were 63.2%,86.4% and 90.72%,respectively.Analgesia effect in control group Ⅱ and treatment group was superior to that in control group Ⅰ （P〈0.05）.Grains with drugs during pain in treatment group was less than that in control groupⅠand control group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Suppository with anti-inflammatory analgesic has marked effect on postoperation pain of mixed hemorrhoid.
