隔药饼灸治疗围绝经期综合征合并高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼灸对围绝经期综合征合并高脂血症的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法将40例围绝经期综合征合并高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例在患者神阙、大赫(双)、足三里(双)3个穴位、5个穴点上施以隔药饼灸,对照组20例施以隔姜灸。2组均每周治疗5次,20次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。利用改良的Kupperman量表评价治疗前后患者临床症状,并观察血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]变化。结果 2组治疗后Kupperman指数(MI)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后MI低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后TC、TG较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后TC、LDL-C较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组HDL-C、LDL-C较对照组有下降趋势。结论隔药饼灸能有效改善围绝经期综合征患者症状,调整血脂,与隔姜灸相比有进步趋势。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of paste-partition moxibustion on menopausal syndrome with hyperlipemia and give a preliminary discussion on possible mechanisms.Methods 40 cases of menopausal syndrome were divided into two groups by odd and even numbers,20 of which were treated by paste-partition moxibustion as treatment group and 20 of which were treated by ginger-partition moxibustion as control group.Shenque（CV 8）,Dahe（KI 12） and Zusanli（ST 36） of both sides were chosen as main acupoints.All the acupoints were treated by moxibustion of two zhuang once a day.20 days make a course.Clinical manifestations before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed and analyzed by Kupperman Index（MI）.The levels of serum lipids before and after the treatment were detected and analyzed.Results The menopausal symptoms after treatment are significantly relieved in two groups（P〈0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on Kupperman index after treatment（P〈0.05）.TC and TG after treatment was reduced in comparison with before treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C was reduced in comparison with before treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Paste-partition moxibustion has a better effect on treating perimenopausal syndrome and can adjust level of serum lipids.
