摘  要:为探讨广西森林防虫使用的白僵菌农药对家蚕的致病性,以南宁市林用白僵菌农药及环江爱山林场试验站生产的白僵菌农药对家蚕进行致病性试验。结果表明,以南宁市林用白僵菌农药感染二龄起家蚕时,家蚕白僵菌病发病率随白僵菌孢子悬浮液浓度的增加而逐渐升高,当白僵菌孢子悬浮液浓度为3.00×108个孢子/mL时,发病率达100.00%,其LC50为6.00×106个孢子/mL;以2.40×107个孢子/mL的环江爱山林场试验站生产的白僵菌农药感染二龄起家蚕,发病率亦高达100.00%;而在五龄第5 d蚕体表撒白僵菌农药,家蚕虽能正常摄食、熟蚕、上蔟结茧,但上蔟7 d后全部僵死在茧中,未能化蛹。可见,广西林用白僵菌生物农药对家蚕具有很强的致病性。The present experiment was conducted to investigate the pathogenicity of forest-using Beauveria bassina biotic pesticide to silkworm.The first-exuviated larva was infected with graded concentrations(3.00×105,3.00×106,3.00×107,3.00×108 and 2.40×107 spores/mL) of Beauveria bassina biotic pesticide,generally used in the forests of Nanning city,and produced by Huanjiang Aishan Forest Farm.The mulberry leaves,soaked in the suspension of Beauveria bassina biotic pesticide were ingested by silkworms.The results showed that the incidence of silkworm was increased with the increasing concentration of Beauveria bassina suspension.The incidence reached 100.0% when used 3.00×108 and 2.40×107 spores/mL of Beauveria bassina suspension,and the lethal concentration of 50%(LC50) was 6.00×106 spores/mL of Beauveria bassina suspension.The 5-age silkworm was sprayed with pesticide to controll Beauveria bassina in 5th day,the silkworm could ingest,mature and cocoon normally,while all of them were dead in cocoon after 7th day of mounting and could not pupate.So the forest-using Beauveria bassina biotic pesticide in Guangxi had stronger pathogenicity to silkworm.
