摘 要:随着工业的发展,作为基础零部件的弹簧应用日益广泛,对弹簧空间形状和成形精度的要求也在不断提高。弹簧作为一种常见产品,人们往往忽视对其先进制造方法的研究,造成对弹簧卷制的研究比较薄弱。而实际上,由于弹簧卷绕成形的特点和卷绕设备工作方式的特殊性,卷簧设备在使用过程中存在自动化程度低、对经验的依赖性强、操作不方便等特点。因此对弹簧制造过程进行深入研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。为满足大料径弹簧的生产要求,设计了一种卷簧机液压系统,该装置具有运行平稳、噪声低、控制方便等优点,满足了加工要求。With the development of industry,the application of spring is becoming more and more extensive as a basic piece,the requirements to space shape and forming precision are constantly increasing.As a kind of common mechanical product,the research of advanced manufacture method for spring is often neglected.But as a matter of fact,there are some particularity in spring coiler,such as coiling form and the way of coiling equipments work,which make the coiling equipments have the feature of low automatic,experience dependence and inconvenient.So it has important theory and application values to deeply study the spring coiling process.In order to meet the production requirements of large diameter spring,a hydraulic system for spring coiling machine is designed.This device has the advantage of stable operation,low noise,easy control and so on,and it also meets the requirements of processing.
