摘  要:某产品尾杆,由于形状复杂且力学性能要求高,需采用二次热处理,即粗车后调质处理和精车后热处理。原工艺粗车后调质处理采用箱式炉淬火加热,油冷却,井式炉回火加热;精车后热处理采用盐浴炉淬火加热,油冷却,井式炉回火加热。现采用可控气氛热处理新技术进行尾杆精车后热处理代替原盐浴炉淬火,保证零件不被氧化,不脱碳,而且无环境污染,劳动条件好。经过第二次工艺改进将尾杆粗车后调质处理改为正火处理后,在保证产品性能合格的前提下,进一步节约了能源、降低了成本、提高了生产效率,具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。Some product's tail lever has a complex shape and requires high mechanical properties,which calls for twice heat treatment,or thermal refining after rough machining and finish machining heat treatment.In the old process,thermal refining after rough machining used box furnace quenching,oil cooling and vertical pit furnace tempering,the heat treatment after finish machining used salt bath furnace quenching,oil cooling and vertical pit furnace tempering.Now use new technology of controlled furnace inside atmosphere to heat after finish machining instead of the old salt bath furnace quenching,protecting the parts from being oxidized and decarburized.It is environmental friendly and can create good labor condition.After the second promoting process,thermal refining after rough machining is changed into normalizing.On the condition of ensuring the products are qualified,it further saves energy and decreases the cost.Moreover,it promotes production efficiency and creates more social and economic benefits.
