摘　　要：介绍了大孔树脂的分离原理,综述了大孔树脂在抗生素提取与精制中的应用,着重探讨了当今研究热点、存在问题及其改进方向,并展望了其发展前景。The separation principle of the macroporous resin is introduced, the application of macroporous resin for extraction and refinement of antibiotics are summarized, the research focus, existing issue and im- proving trend are discussed emphatically. And the prospects of macroporous resin are discussed.
