摘　　要：本文论述了我国汽车工业飞速发展的现状和未来的发展趋势,分析了汽车服务市场的巨大发展空间,汽车维修专业人才需求的飚升以及汽车服务领域专业人才紧缺的现状。提出了汽车维修专业人才所必备的专业理论及技能要求,以及高等教育对汽车专业人才的培育目标与培养模式等具体措施。This thesis talks about the rapid development of vehicle industry in our country and its trend in the future,and analyzes the big development space for vehicle service market,rising need of vehicle maintenance specialists and lack of professionals in vehicle service field.It proposed the necessary theory and skill requirement for vehicle maintenance specialists,as well as detail procedure like training aim and mode of high education for vehicle majors.
