摘　　要：本文通过分析我校现存的创新人才培养模式的缺陷与不足,根据本专业实际情况提出环境工程创新人才培养的对策及建议,为建设创新型国家提供智力支持和人才保障。With economic globalization developed and international competition intensified,innovative talents have become a key element of competitive advantage.By analyzing the lack of training mode of our school＇s creative talents,the measures and recommendations of the innovative talent cultivation of environmental engineering are put forward according to the actual situation of our major,in order to provide intelligence support and human security for building innovation-oriented country.
