社区医院老年病人临终关怀干预研究

摘　　要：目的:研究临终关怀对提高临终老年患者生活质量的影响。方法:120例临终老年患者随机分为两组,临终关怀组实施临终关怀,对照组采用整体护理;采用日常生活活动能力量表、生活满意度指数、医院焦虑量表、疼痛分级测试等量表对两组患者干预前后的生活质量进行测试评价。结果:临终关怀组干预后各量表测试分值与干预前比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01);对照组干预后日常生活活动能力量表、生活满意度指数、医院焦虑量表等量表测试分值与干预前比较无统计学差异。结论:临终关怀能够明显改善患者的生活质量,应大力提倡。Objective：To evaluate the effect of hospice care on raising the quality of life of the aged dying patients.Methods：120 aged dying patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with hospice care,while the control group was treated with holistic nursing care.The difference of the quality of life before and after intervention between two groups was evaluated by Activity of Daily Living Scale,Life Satisfaction Index,Hospital Anxiety Scale,Verbal Rating Scale.Results：There were significant differences in the treatment group（P0.01）between before and after intervention,but no significant difference in the control group.Conclusions：Hospice care could improve the quality of life of the aged dying patients much more,should be advocated strongly.
