摘 要:柱间支撑是单层厂房的纵向主要抗震构件,而吊车梁兼做柱间支撑开间的水平压杆和非柱间支撑开间的刚性系杆,为使吊车梁能将厂房的纵向地震作用通过柱牛腿传给柱间支撑,吊车梁底部的支撑牛腿将承受较大的剪力、纵向弯矩及扭矩。现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)中,只列出牛腿在横向水平地震作用下的计算公式,而没有考虑纵向地震作用影响。在纵向地震作用下,对柱牛腿面预埋板锚筋抗剪强度、吊车梁下部与牛腿面之间的连接钢板焊缝强度及牛腿抗弯强度进行了分析计算,提出了柱牛腿在抵抗纵向地震作用时的改进方法和构造措施,以资借鉴。The bracing between pillars is the main longitudinal antiseismic component of single-storey workshop structure.Crane beam is used as the horizontal strut with bracing in a bay width,or as a rigid bar with no bracing in bay width.Crane beam can give the longitudinal seismic responses to bracings through columns of the single-storey workshop structures.Meantime,the reinforced concrete brackets which support the crane beams above,will suffer big shear force,longitudinal bending moment and torque.In the existing "design of concrete structures "(GB50010-2002),only provide the calculation formula under the horizontal seismic responses,overlooking the longitudinal seismic influences.According to the analyses and calculations on shear force of anchor bar in embedded plates on the surface of the bracket,weld strength of linking steel sheets between the crane beam and the bracket and bending strength of the brackets themselves under the longitudinal seismic responses,the improve methods and measures of the reinforced concrete brackets for the longitudinal seismic resistance are proposed and which can be used for reference.
