Effect of the Width Ratio of the Core Lobe to the Secondary Lobe on the Performance of a Lobed Mixer in a Forced Mixing Exhaust System

摘  要:建立了不同内外涵波瓣宽度比的某涡扇发动机波瓣混合排气系统的几何模型和数值计算模型,并对其进行三维数值模拟研究,得到了在波瓣强迫混合排气中不同内外涵波瓣宽度比对波瓣混合器流场、热混合效率、总压恢复系数和推力系数的影响规律。结果表明:在混合器出口处,当内外涵波瓣宽度比在0.272至1.068范围内变化时,热混合效率随内外涵波瓣宽度比的增加而增加,总压恢复系数随内外涵波瓣宽度比的增大而减少,推理系数随内外涵波瓣宽度比的增加而增加。Geometric and numerical simulation models of lobed mixer with variation of the width ratio of the core lobe to the secondary lobe were created based on a lobed mixer in the forced mixing exhaust system of turbofan engine.Though 3-D numerical simulation the principle of effect of different ratio of height to width in a forced mixing exhaust system was obtained.The results show that at the exit section of the force mixing exhaust system,the thermal mixing efficiency rises as b1i/b10 increase.Besides,as b1i/b10 augments,the total-pressure recovery factor decreases if the width ratio of the core lobe to the secondary lobe increases.
