摘　　要：目的对超声评估配合改良塞丁格技术在难置PICC患者中的应用价值进行探讨。方法对68例难置PICC患者，先行上臂血管超声评估，根据评估结果，选择合适的血管应用改良塞丁格技术进行PICC术，术后给予常规置管护理。结果所有患者均一次性穿刺成功，置管成功率100％，无并发症发生。结论超声评估配合改良塞丁格技术是一种安全、实用的置管方法，尤其适用于难置PICC患者。Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasound evaluation with modified seldinger technology in patients difficult for PICC. Methods In 68 patients difficult for PICC, advance arm vascular ul- trasound evaluation, accorded to the evaluation results, chose suitable for application of blood vessels and used Seldinger technology for PICC, and regular catheter nursing was administrated after operation. Results All patients were one-off puncture success, implant catheter rate was 100% and no complications were found. Conclu- sion Ultrasonography evaluation with modified seldinger technology is a safe, practical tube method, especially suitable for PICC with difficult.
