关节镜下治疗盘状半月板的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下治疗盘状半月板的临床疗效。方法收集在我院诊断为盘状半月板的住院患者共52例，全部行关节镜下手术治疗。结果本组中52例患者均获得随访，随访时间为3～18个月。52例患者术后均采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分表进行随访，其中优30例，良10例，可10例，差2例，术后优良率为96．2％。结论关节镜盘状半月板手术具有创伤小，术后恢复快等优点，值得临床应用推广。Objective To evaluate the arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscus of the clinical efficacy. Methods In our hospital diagnosed as discoid meniscus of the inpatients were 52 cases, all OK arthroscop- ic surgery. Results 52 patients in this group were followed up for 3 - 18 months follow-up time. 52 cases of postoperative knee function scores were used lysholm follow-up of tables, of which 30 cases of excellent, good in 10 cases, 10 cases and poor in 2 cases, after the fine rate was 96. 2%. Conclusion Arthroseopic discoid meniscus surgery with less trauma and rapid postoperative recovery, ete, should be the clinical application and popularization.
