摘 要:为探讨金属离子在丝绸老化过程起的作用,通过模拟埋藏环境,对铁和铜元素在丝绸老化过程中的影响作用进行了初步探索研究。研究采用接触法和浸泡法,模拟南北两个地域的地下环境对丝绸进行人工老化,研究了老化后丝绸的形貌、结构和成分的变化。研究表明,铁和铜本身及其稳定的难溶锈蚀产物、氢氧化铁胶体不会引起丝的化学老化,但铁和铜在锈蚀过程中产生的可溶性金属离子则会造成丝的劣变。可溶性铁和铜离子能大大加速丝蛋白的老化,导致丝纤维开裂、断开、强度降低。结果提示,了解金属在丝绸老化过程中的作用,可为文物的清洗保护工作提供理论上的支持。In order to understand the effect of metal ions on silk aging, silk samples were buried in a simulated environment. The effect of Fe and Cu on the aging process of silk textiles has been primarily investigated. Contacting and immersion were two methods used to age silk textiles in burial environments that simulate North and the South geographical burial environments. The morphology, structure and compositional changes of aged silk samples were recorded. The results indicate that metals Fe and Cu, as well as their insoluble corrosion products, including iron hydroxide gel do no harm to silk ,but soluble Fe ions and Cu ions produced during the oxidation process can damage silk. The soluble Fe ions and Cu ions can greatly accelerate the aging of silk, resulting in cracks and breaking of the fiber and lowering the silk fiber strength. The results suggest that understanding the role of ions in the aging of silk can, in theory, aid in the cleaning of silk textiles.
