摘 要:手机的广泛使用是近年来不可阻挡的潮流,它已成为人们沟通交流的首选。然而,学术界对于手机释放的射频电磁辐射波(radio frequency-electronic microwave,RF-EMW)是否损伤男性精子一直未有明确定论。目前已开展的研究广泛关注于手机辐射对精子数量、活动力、形态与功能、精子蛋白、精子DNA以及睾丸和附睾组织的影响,但研究结果不尽相同。本综述在关注最新研究成果的同时,还比较了3种研究方法的特点,即体外精子直接辐射实验、动物体内精子辐射实验和基于流行病学的调查研究,并分析了影响各研究结果不一致的可能原因。It has already been an inevitable trend to use mobile phones which is absolutely the first option of communication.However,the academic community always remains cautious when it comes to the possibility that the radio frequency-electronic microwave(RF-EMW) released by the mobile phone will do damage to male spermatozoa.Researches have been done to measure all factors demonstrating the sperm quality after exposed to RF-EMW,including its quantity,mobility,morphology,function,expression of sperm proteins,damage of sperm DNA,the histology features of testes and epididymis and so on.Though many studies show positive Conclusions,there are still conflicting results.This review has compared three research methods: direct exposure experiment in vitro,animal study in vivo and epidemics study on human,along with analyzing each impact of the methods on final Conclusions.
