制膜塑料分离胶促凝管对8项肿瘤标志物检测的影响

摘　　要：目的观察制膜塑料分离胶促凝管对8项肿瘤标志物检测值的影响。方法通过电化学发光免疫分析仪,对阳普制膜分离胶促凝管采集的血清标本进行CA125、CA153、CEA、CA199、CA72-4、AFP、CyFra21-1、NSE8项肿瘤标志物检测分析,以无抗凝管做对照。结果制膜分离胶促凝管与无抗凝管对比,制膜分离胶促凝管对8项肿瘤标志物的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阳普采血管正常值和异常值的相关系数也都在0.95以上,说明阳普分离胶促凝管和无抗凝管具有实质等同性。结论制膜塑料分离胶促凝管对8项肿瘤标志物检测值的影响不显著。Objective To observe the effect of eight tumor markers by the masking plastic separate coagulation-promoting vacuum tube.Methods By the electrochemical illuminescent immunoassay analyzer,test and analysis of the eight tumor markers with no additional tube as a contrast.Results Compared to the no additional tube,the effect to eight tumor markers is not remarkable（P0.05）;the correlation coefficient of normal and exceptional value is above 0.95,this suggests coagulation-promoting tube and no additional tube have the same equivalency.Conclusion The effect of eight tumor markers is not remarkable.
