Th1/Th2细胞因子在过敏性鼻炎患者表达水平研究

摘　　要：目的研究Th细胞亚群(Th1、Th2)在过敏性鼻炎患者中的表达水平。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测20例过敏性鼻炎患者、18例健康体检者血清中IFN-γ、IL-27、IL-4浓度水平。结果过敏性鼻炎患者组IFN-γ、IL-27较对照组均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Th2型细胞因子较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Th1、Th2细胞因子参与了过敏性鼻炎患者的发病,且Th1/Th2比例失衡可能是引起过敏性鼻炎发病的重要原因。Objective Study on the level of T helper cell （Th1 and Th2）in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Serum IFN-γ,IL-27 and IL-4 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 20 patients with asthma and 18 health persons.Results Serum IFN-γ and IL-27 level in 20 cases of the stage of attack were remarkably lower than those in 18 health persons （P0.01）.Serum IL-4 level were remarkably higher than those in 18 health persons（P0.01）.Conclusion The outbreak of allergic rhinitis by Th1 and Th2 cytokines,and Th1 / Th2 ratio imbalance may cause the disease of allergic rhinitis.
