摘  要:在研发浮法玻璃锡槽在线测厚仪的过程中,为了克服高温气体湍流条件下激光传输光线起伏效应对激光测量系统性能的影响。利用基于帧差的像点运动轨迹探测手段,确定的流场内图像模糊、抖动的体现程度与CCD的积分时间成反比;试验采用各种合适窗口的邻域滑动平均法,对线阵CCD数据数列进行修正可消除热致光学误差对视频信号的影响。In the development process of online thickness measuring instrument for float glass tin bath,in order to overcome the influence of fluctuation effects of laser light transmission under the conditions of high temperature gas turbulent fluctuation on laser measurement system performance, a detection mean of image point trajectories based on frame difference is introduced. Certain flow field image blurring and reflects the degree of jitter is inversely proportional to the integration time of CCD. Experiment neighborhood moving average method with the appropriate window,and amend the data series of linear CCD can eliminate the effects on the video caused by thermally induced optical errors.
