摘  要:利用结冰风洞设备和电加热装置,采用实验的方法研究了不同来流速度、环境温度和加热功率对冰脊形成的影响。研究表明:随着来流速度、加热功率的增加,冰防护区长度增加,冰脊往下游推后,而随着环境温度的降低,冰防护区长度减小,冰脊往上游靠近。冰脊的生长规律是从冰防护区外下游某位置开始冻结,逐步往冰防护区发展,从而为电热除冰系统加热模式的选取和传热特性的优化提供了实验依据。The effects of flow speed, ambient temperature and heating power on the ice ridge format/on are investigated by using icing wind tunnel equipment and electro-heating device. The study shows that the length of the ice protection zone increases when the flow speed, heater power increase. And the location of ice ridges is pushed downstream. The length of the ice protection zone decreases as the ambient temperature reduces. The location of ice ridges reaches forward near the ice protection zone. The growth pattern is that the ice ridge freezes downstream some location of the ice protection zone, and gradually develops upstream. Consequently it provides experimental basis for choosing of heating manner and optimization of heat transfer characteristics of electrothermal deicing system.
