摘　　要：顺应医改政策,降低医院运营成本,切实解决老百姓看病贵的问题是公立医院未来的生存之道。本文针对影响医院资材成本的关键环节,结合四川大学华西医院实施的资材成本管控策略和取得的良好效果,在分享管理经验的同时,挖掘医院资产成本管控的潜力,减少浪费、降低成本,实现医院、社会、就诊民众三方满意。In order to conform to the policy of healthcare reform,reducing the hospital operational costs,solving the problem of high medical expense,become the top priority which concerning public hospital’s future.This essay focus on the point which influence the cost of assets and material,combining the experence of performing the strategy of assets and material management of West China Hospital,sharing the manage experence and developing potential of hospital’s asset and material management,reduce waste,cut the cost,fulfil the needs of hospital,seceity and patient.
