摘 要:介绍了偏振光在偏振门技术、后向偏振散射光谱术、米勒矩阵测量方面的应用,且引入了偏振门的上皮组织成像将更清晰,后向偏振散射光谱对上皮组织细胞核的尺寸分布、粒子数密度及相对折射率的变化相当敏感,米勒矩阵也能反映散射介质的光学特征等观点。因而认为偏振光在癌症早期检测技术中具有潜在应用意义。The application of polarized light in polarization gating technology, polarized backscattering spectra technology and measure of Mueller matrices are introduced comprehensively. Moreover, imaging superficial tissues with polarization gating will be more advantageous, the polarized baekseattering spectrum is primarily sensitive to the size distribution, particle number density and relative refractive index of nuclei in epithelial {',ells, and Mueller matrix is well known to describe many optical elements and materials. It is considered that polarized light can be used for pre-eaneer detection potentially.
