国产氯吡格雷治疗冠心病疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价国产氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(2000～2010),中国生物医学文献数据库(2000～2010)和中文科技期刊全文数据库(2000～2010),并手工检索所有纳入文献的参考文献,纳入国产氯吡格雷和进口氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的随机对照试验(RCT)。评价纳入研究的方法学质量并进行资料提取后,采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14个RCT,包括2575例患者。Meta分析结果显示,国产氯吡格雷组和进口氯吡格雷组血小板聚集率、主要心血管不良事件(MACE)及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义。结论国产氯吡格雷治疗冠心病疗效确切,使用安全。Objective To review the curative effect and safety of domestic-made clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods The documents from CNKI （2000 to 2010）,CBMdisc （2000 to 2010） and VIP （2000 to 2010） were retrieved by computer and the reference materials from all included documents were retrieved manually.The randomized controlled trials （RCT） of domestic-made and imported clopidogrel for treating CHD were internalized.The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated,data were extracted,and then Meta analysis was carried out by using software RevMan 4.2.Results There were totally 14 RCT internalized including 2575 patients.The results of Meta analysis showed that the differences in platelet aggregation rate,major adverse cardiac events and occurrence of adverse reactions were not significant statistically between domestic-made and imported clopidogrel.Conclusion Domestic-made clopidogrel has reliable curative effect and is safe in the treatment of CHD.
