黑龙江省科研院所科技创新能力评价的研究

摘　　要：针对黑龙江省科研院所科技创新能力的评价构建相应模型,在模型中首次引入可持续创新力作为指标,进而从发展的角度对科技创新能力进行评价。同时,在此指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析法对数据进行了仿真和分析,结论与黑龙江省科研创新的现状相吻合。模型的建立对提高科研院所科技自主创新能力具有参考价值。In this paper, Corresponding models are constructed for the technological innovation evaluation of researching institutes in Heilongjiang province. The sustainable innovation is introduced into the model as an indicator at the first time, thus, the technological innovation can be evaluated from the perspective of develop- ment. Meanwhile, on the basis of this index system, the data simulation and analysis are introduced using principal component analysis, and the conclusion is the same to the status of technological innovation in Heilongjiang Province. The model proposed is valuable for the improvement of technological innovation ability of researching institutes.
