一株动性杆菌的生理学特性研究及其鉴定

摘　　要：从新疆泥火山样品中分离得到1株细菌ljh-5,经过16SrDNA分子鉴定,该菌株与动性杆菌属(Planomicrobium)的相似度最高为90%,结合菌株、菌落特征及其生理生化特性,初步鉴定该菌为动性杆菌属新种。并对该菌株生长特性进行研究。The strain of ljh-5was isolated from the mud volcano in Xinjiang,with molecular identification of the 16S rDNA,the highest similarity between the strain and Planococcus was 90%.Combining with the characteristics of strain and colony,physiological and biochemical characteristics.The strain was identified primarily as a new species of Planomicrobium.Also the growth characteristics of the strains was studied.
