洋葱颈腐病药剂筛选及毒力测定试验研究

摘　　要：采用菌饼法,对7种药剂及其药剂组配进行洋葱颈腐病菌的室内毒力测定。结果表明:1～3d所试药剂均有一定的抑制作用;第5天多菌灵、95%三乙磷酸铝原粉+纯品甲托、95%三乙磷酸铝原粉+80%纯品多菌灵、80%纯品多菌灵、95%三乙磷酸铝原粉的抑菌效果依次降低,抑菌率为零或零以下,以95%三乙磷酸铝原粉效果最差,抑菌率为-0.301,但能抑制菌核的形成;纯托(甲基托布津)、70%精甲托以及95%三乙磷酸铝原粉+纯托(甲基托布津)、80%纯品多菌灵+纯托(甲基托布津)、50%福美双可湿性粉剂+纯托(甲基托布津)对洋葱颈腐病菌生长的抑制效果最好;第7天的抑菌率均为1;50%福美双可湿性粉剂次之,抑菌率为0.888。Taking the method of fungus cake,through seven medicament and the medicament matched stacks to the onion neck rot fungus＇s indoor toxicity determination.The results showed that 1～3days of institute tries the medicament to have certain inhibitory action,the fifth day of carbendazim,95%phosethy-Al original powder＋sterling thiophanatemethyl,95%phosethy-Al original powder＋80%sterling carbendazim,80%sterling carbendazim,95%phosethy-Al original powder bacteriostasis effect reduces in turn,the bacteriostasis rate was zero or below zero,was worst by the effect of 95%phosethy-Al original powder,bacteriostasis rate for-0.301,but can suppress the formation of Sclerotium;thiophanate-methyl,70%thiophanate-methyl as well as 95%phosethy-Al original powder＋thiophanate-methyl,80%sterling carbendazim＋thiophanate-methyl,50%thiram wettability medicinal powder＋thiophanate-methyl was the best way to suppress the onion neck rot fungus,the seventh day of bacteriostasis rate was 1;50%thiram wettability medicinal powder comes nest,the bacteriostasis rate was 0.888.
