摘  要:采用CaCl2处理‘冠玉’枇杷果实,研究在低温(6+1)℃条件下的贮藏效果。结果表明:CaCl2处理后低温贮藏可有效的控制‘冠玉’枇杷的失水皱皮,抑制白沙枇杷果实贮藏期的褐变和腐烂,有效的延长果实的贮藏时间;贮藏期‘冠玉’枇杷果实的可滴定酸的含量降低缓慢,可溶性固形物含量升高,保持了‘冠玉’枇杷较好的品质。The white loquat Eriobotryajaponica Lind1.cv.GuanYu fruit was treated with CaCl2treatments,and then stored at low temperature(6+1)℃.The effects of the treatment on quality of fruit were studied.The results showed that the low temperature storage after CaCl2treatment can effectively control water loss and peel shrinkage,restrain loquat fruit browning and decay during storage,extend the storage time of fruit.The TA contents of'Guan Yu'Loquat fruitdecreased slowly and TSS contents increased during storage,the quality of'Guan Yu'loquat fruit were better.
